Meet Liesbeth!

With great pleasure, Liesbeth Massage, Operations Lead for Recruitment & Selection, talks about herself, her path within House of Talents/HR Talents and her ambitions for the team.

"I am a thirty-something, just under forty. 😉 With over fifteen years of experience in headhunting and recruiting in the Finance and HR sector, I have accumulated a wealth of knowledge. But my journey didn't stop there.

For over twelve years I have been a proud ambassador of House of Talents, where I have seen the company grow from a small SME with 25 employees to a professional, now European, player in the field of staffing of bottleneck occupations. My ambition then was to be part of a company that would thrive, and after all these years we are still working on it. We have really seen the company transform into the reference for HR.

Last year I became a mother of a beautiful son. Every day he teaches me new things and with his adorable smile he manages to charm everyone. So I believe that you can achieve much more with a smile than with a tear. In just a few months, he has learned to turn, communicate, grab things, sit and crawl. But this does not come naturally. It is a matter of trial and error, adjustment, trying things out, learning and most of all perseverance. I am proud of his successes and draw inspiration from his perseverance.

I incorporate all these experiences into my role as operations manager. My goal is to grow our business in recruitment. I strive for efficiency through automation and with attention to process optimization, so that we can connect with HR professionals on a daily basis. In addition, I want to help new colleagues discover the love for this business.

I want to be a conversation partner for HR professionals in their careers and make time to think along with them about staffing their HR teams. HR Talents' ambition is to become the partner for every HR professional at every stage of their career. I want to further grow this ambition and make a valuable contribution to the development of our HR community."

Don't hesitate to contact Liesbeth - online and/or offline. She is ready to meet you and match people, in short - Liesbeth is ready to connect great HR people!

Your company strategy can only succeed if your employees believe in it

Every organisation’s goal is to have a clear strategy. A strategy that is supported by its employees. A strategy that its customers feel in the customer experience they get. And yet many companies struggle with their strategies. Convincing and motivating employees to really support their company strategy remains a challenge for them. Why is that?
