Welcome, Chloé!

In order to serve our clients well, we continue to grow. Therefore, we are happy to announce that Chloé Espeel will join our team!

Chloé will join the recruitment team and together with Sylvia Dewael and Lore Vanhecke she will provide a personal and professional service to our partners (client and candidate) in the region of East & West Flanders.

Chloé: " New at HOT, but certainly not new in the world of recruitment. Previously, I worked as a Talent Manager with a focus on finance profiles. A solid learning experience, but I needed a new environment. In my search, I already had quite some contact with colleagues at HR Talents and always got a very good feeling. Great people and very professional', I thought. After a few conversations, it soon became clear that I could find myself in the HOT DNA: daily grind, challenges, a little crazy, teamwork and fun... Sign me in! "

I am really looking forward to bringing in new customers and matching them with the right candidate. The, sometimes long, search for the right person for the job and then finding them, that's what gives me energy!"

• Where do you get your energy from?: "I get my energy from my friends and family, very cliché, I know, but I'm a social animal who is quite comfortable in a friend(ly) habitat (complemented by a snack, drink, lots of sun and good music)."
• What's your favourite break?: "Coffee! And chocolate, or a chip, basically anything to do with food."
• What can people wake you up for anytime?: "A difficult question, with my morning mood it might not be a top idea to wake me up, if you do risk it: bring snacks! Or a surprise trip, to Paris or a warm place, then I am also happy to put my temper aside. "
