HOUSE OF TALENTS ACQUIRES QUINTESSENCE, MARKET LEADER IN ASSESSMENT AND PEOPLE MANAGEMENT

The Belgian company Quintessence was acquired by the specialized, international HR group House of Talents. With this acquisition House of Talents offers an answer to the demand of clients for assessment and development projects in the current war for talents.  For Quintessence, this is a logical step towards further growth and internationalization.  The organization will retain its identity within the group and can thus continue to expand its strong brand and guarantee excellent service to existing clients.

Steve Rousseau, CEO of House of Talents, is proud of this expansion of the group. "Success is an attitude. It is in our DNA to join forces with specialized and reputable HR players like Quintessence. Their scientific approach and expertise strengthen our offer and lead to even better customer service. Their mission is to use the right talents in a motivating way and generate better results for companies, exactly what we want to achieve for all our talents & clients."

Lou Van Beirendonck, Founder-Director of Quintessence & dONUS will remain active there:

"Quintessence always brings about win-win situations for people and organizations. The House of Talents Group offers us a strong structure to reinforce our growth and further profile ourselves as top experts in career solutions, people management and organizational development. There was an instant, the possibilities are endless."
