Welcome, Sylvia!

— General HR

Welcome, Sylvia!

We are happy and proud to announce that Sylvia Dewael is joining our team!

Sylvia will join the Recruitment team and will take care of the region of East & West Flanders.

Sylvia: "What made me join HR Talents? As a client, I actually worked together with Care and HR Talents and the approach of both these companies has always stuck with me: professional, with open communication, driven, solution-oriented, etc. This convinced me to knock on House of Talents' door, and through targeted discussions and contact with various colleagues within HR Talents, I became fully convinced of its DNA. I have a lot of experience in HR, with a background mainly in SME and Talent Management, so I'm looking forward to anchoring these values in my region."

Fun facts about Sylvia:

  • Life motto?: "As a convinced Pilates ancien, I believe that 'The Mind is Amazingly Strong'... If you can imagine it, dream it, believe it, you can make it happen."
  • Favourite break?: "I would say walking outside and getting vitamin D. "

Don't hesitate to contact Sylvia - online and/or offline. She is ready to meet you and match people, in short - Sylvia is ready to connect great HR people!

Your company strategy can only succeed if your employees believe in it

Every organisation’s goal is to have a clear strategy. A strategy that is supported by its employees. A strategy that its customers feel in the customer experience they get. And yet many companies struggle with their strategies. Convincing and motivating employees to really support their company strategy remains a challenge for them. Why is that?
