Meet Thaïni!

In order to serve our clients in the best way possible, our team continues to grow: we are happy to announce that Thaïni Cauberghs is joining us!

Thaïni will join the recruitment team and together with Sandra Van Overloop she will provide a personal and professional service to our partners (client and candidate) in the region of antwerp/Limburg.

Finding the right person for the right job gives me a lot of satisfaction. I look forward to meeting both client and candidate and to help shape the A-Z story.

My professional focus? I really want to make my new position my own. I was not yet able to build up any experience in the commercial field and would like to improve on this. This in combination of course with the recruitment part!

A good balance creates positivity and therefore motivated employees. 😊"
• Where do you get energy from: "From an evening with family/friends and being able to close deals that lead to great success stories."
• What is your motto in life: "Never give up on something you believe in."
• For what can people always wake you up?: "For a trip to the sun. I am a true bon vivant who loves the little things, good food and warm weather 😊."
• "As a freelancer, I also focus on photography assignments during the weekend: wedding shoots, newborn shoots, family shoots,... For me, this alternation provides an ideal mix of both worlds - the corporate world and more informal settings."
