House of Talents Belgium announces Pieter Claeys as their new CEO.
House of Talents Belgium, a leading HR services group specialising in bottleneck occupations and talent management, is proud to announce the appointment of Pieter Claeys as its new CEO.
This appointment marks an important milestone in the organisation's evolution, especially in light of the ambitious international growth plans of its umbrella holding company, World of Talents, led by CEO Steve Rousseau.
Pieter Claeys as “compagnon de route” of Steve Rousseau
Pieter Claeys, who has an impressive 15-year career at House of Talents Belgium, takes over from Steve Rousseau, who will now devote himself fully to his role as CEO of World of Talents, the umbrella holding company of House of Talents Belgium, House of Talents Netherlands, Obvious People Netherlands and EasyCare Germany. Under Steve Rousseau's leadership, the company has presented impressive growth figures year after year. Under the leadership of Pieter Claeys, House of Talents Belgium therefore intends to continue along this established path. This allows Steve Rousseau to further focus on organic growth and M&A at World of Talents level.
Throughout their partnership, Steve Rousseau and Pieter Claeys have shown a remarkable tandem and shared vision for the company. Claeys, who originally joined the company as an HR consultant, has held various leadership roles, including directly leading 7 of the 12 companies within the group, driving operations and serving as COO for the last 6 years.
Steve Rousseau commented, "Working with Pieter has always been one of the driving forces behind our successes. His unique insight and leadership qualities have been crucial to our growth. His dedication and proven track record make him the ideal person to lead our company into a new phase of growth and innovation. I look forward to supporting him in this new role and being able to fully focus on our ambitious international growth."
"I am honoured and excited to take on the role of CEO at House of Talents," says Claeys. "Together with our talented team and 2,500 employees, I will build on the strong foundation that is now in place and lead our company to new levels of success and innovation."
