House of Talents Belgium announces Pieter Claeys as their new CEO.

House of Talents Belgium, a leading HR services group specialising in bottleneck occupations and talent management, is proud to announce the appointment of Pieter Claeys as its new CEO.

This appointment marks an important milestone in the organisation's evolution, especially in light of the ambitious international growth plans of its umbrella holding company, World of Talents, led by CEO Steve Rousseau.

Pieter Claeys, who has an impressive 15-year career at House of Talents Belgium, takes over from Steve Rousseau, who will now devote himself fully to his role as CEO of World of Talents, the umbrella holding company of House of Talents Belgium, House of Talents Netherlands, Obvious People Netherlands and EasyCare Germany. Under Steve Rousseau's leadership, the company has presented impressive growth figures year after year. Under the leadership of Pieter Claeys, House of Talents Belgium therefore intends to continue along this established path. This allows Steve Rousseau to further focus on organic growth and M&A at World of Talents level.

Throughout their partnership, Steve Rousseau and Pieter Claeys have shown a remarkable tandem and shared vision for the company. Claeys, who originally joined the company as an HR consultant, has held various leadership roles, including directly leading 7 of the 12 companies within the group, driving operations and serving as COO for the last 6 years.

This acquisition is a logical step for World of Talents in further building a European, specialised HR network that focuses on talent management and HR niches with severe shortages of talent.

World of Talents expands its footprint to Germany through the acquisition of easyCare, a specialist in medical and nursing HR.
