Investing in talent will be more important than ever to move beyond the pandemic

The Belgian entity of World of Talents, House of Talents, has been a service group specialising in bottleneck professions for over 10 years. The group has 10 Talents, each of which specialises in a certain sector of the labour market. What does the future look like in terms of recruitment? Investing in talent will be more important than ever to move beyond the pandemic.

“In the post-pandemic world, talent will make the difference more than ever”

Steve Rousseau

CUSTOMISED RECRUITMENT

Talent and external expertise will make the difference in the coming years. As a specialist in bottleneck professions, we have our finger on the pulse, and we know that a difficult period also offers opportunities. More than ever, we believe in the power of our ten Talents and we focus on cross-selling. Many of our clients rely on one of our divisions, but we serve a broad swath of the labour market and certainly see cross-pollination here.

Every employee is a specialist in their niche. Say we supply a technician to an industrial company with Technical Talents; we can also find perfect fits for the HR vacancy in the personnel department with HR Talents or the sales vacancy with Sales Talents. The client can work with one contact person and call on one trusted partner. I am already convinced that with the right talents on board, a company can quickly get back on the growth track. We also put this into practice in our own company.

Bring in the right talent and focus on your core business for guaranteed growth!”

Steve Rousseau

PERMANENT, TEMPORARY OR PROJECT STAFFING

At World of Talents, we are at home in all markets and respond seamlessly to the needs of the labour market. We think and evolve along with our clients.

Permanent, temporary or project staffing? It’s all possible. For example, Care Talents not only offers project staffing but also temporary employment contracts. Longer-term project staffing is our core business, but if the client has other needs, we are happy to accommodate them.

Our expertise and experience enable us to fill vacancies with the highest quality staff in a personal and committed way. We are there for our clients, who know they can count on us and that we know their business inside out. This inspires trust and ensures long-term and meaningful relationships.

FOCUS ON TALENT

Our overarching message is that it pays to invest in talent. “Never waste a good crisis.” Bring in the right talent and focus on your core business for guaranteed growth!

Founder and CEO Steve Rousseau on the success story of House of Talents: ‘Growing too fast is a luxury problem’

At school, Steve Rousseau was, by his own admission, a terrible student and was labelled ADHD. But the West Flemish businessman made his way through life as an entrepreneur and, in doing so, thumbed his nose at the non-believers. His HR platform House of Talents, founded in 2008, is a success story. And his recent management of the country’s largest basketball club puts a non-entrepreneurial exclamation mark on that success.
