The Human Network acquires educational services provider EMC Performance to become the largest educational services provider in the Netherlands.

Utrecht - Utrecht-based HR organisation The Human Network, part of World of Talents, will acquire educational service provider EMC Performance from 6 March 2023. CEO Esther Scheffener: "TriamFloat is the market leader in educational services and has been part of The Human Network since its foundation. Together, with the acquisition of EMC Performance, we will become the largest educational service provider in the Netherlands. This brings the dream of becoming world-famous in the Netherlands ever closer.”

Paul Aartsen, managing director EMC Performance: "The demand for educational services continues to grow. Naturally, we want to continue to meet this demand. The choice of The Human Network is therefore a very conscious one. It is the place for highly trained top interim experts. The 24 specialised companies that operate under the umbrella of The Human Network, work with more than 900 interim experts for the top 500 clients in the Netherlands every day. The vision, people, passion, expertise and entrepreneurial mentality are a perfect match. EMC Performance will keep its name but will continue - together with TriamFloat - as part of The Human Network. This will allow us to grow together and offer our experts and clients even more expertise and customisation. In this way, we will continue leading the market when it comes to our expertise and passion for Learning & Development."

By joining forces, we can position ourselves as the sole, largest and most knowledgeable educationalist market leader in the Netherlands."

Largest education service provider

Esther: "We are extremely proud to welcome Paul and all EMC Performance employees to The Human Network. EMC Performance and TriamFloat are committed to developing people and organisations. We help organisations achieve their goals by developing the performance of managers and employees. EMC Performance is a specialist in the field of workplace learning and evaluation and impact measurement, thus complementing TriamFloat. The knowledge of the educationalists of both companies is of a very high level. We also have a 100% DNA match in terms of passion for the profession. By joining forces, we can position ourselves as the sole, largest and most knowledgeable educationalist market leader in the Netherlands."

Human-centric approach ensures 100% DNA match

The Human Network is the Dutch branch of World of Talents, a specialised international HR group with 3000+ employees and an annual turnover of more than EUR 300 million. As the market leader in attractive HR niches, it focuses strictly on bottleneck professions and talent management. Steve Rousseau, CEO of World of Talents: "With our buy-and-build strategy, we only go for a 100% DNA match and choose companies that are a true reinforcement and that put people, the employee, first. EMC Performance is a wonderful complementary addition to TriamFloat and The Human Network and thus to our portfolio."

Attractive employer for L&D experts

Esther: "The acquisition means we are now an even more attractive employer for talented education experts. In addition, our midlance model - the most fair and transparent remuneration system - contributes greatly to the satisfaction and commitment of our experts. They can further professionalise within our organisation, for instance by participating in theme groups and through our The Human Network Academy. They can also share best practices, strengthen and use each other's qualities."

Paul: "At EMC Performance - just like at The Human Network and TriamFloat - the well-being and development of our employees are our priority. This leads to high-quality services and high customer satisfaction. By working together, our experts have an even broader choice in assignments. In addition to highly experienced educational experts, TriamFloat is already able to attract young talent with 'the TriamFloat Consultancy Experience' (TFCE). By working together, we create an even better match between client demand and expert knowledge, which is why I am confident that we will fulfil our growth ambitions together."
