CVC AGREES INVESTMENT IN WORLD OF TALENTS TO ACCELERATE GROWTH STRATEGY AND BECOMES MAJORITY SHAREHOLDER
This investment will mark the beginning of an exciting new chapter for World of Talents, with the goal of accelerating growth, diversifying its offering and expanding its geographic footprint - nationally and internationally. Baltisse is selling its majority stake but is reinvesting a significant portion. “We are extremely proud of the growth that World of Talents has achieved over the past five years since our entry. The transaction was advised by Allen & Overy, Clifford Chance, Deloitte and Rothschild for World of Talents and by Freshfields, EY, CFI and Lincoln for CVC. No further financial details of the transaction are being disclosed.
