CVC AGREES INVESTMENT IN WORLD OF TALENTS TO ACCELERATE GROWTH STRATEGY AND BECOMES MAJORITY SHAREHOLDER

This investment will mark the beginning of an exciting new chapter for World of Talents, with the goal of accelerating growth, diversifying its offering and expanding its geographic footprint - nationally and internationally. Baltisse is selling its majority stake but is reinvesting a significant portion. “We are extremely proud of the growth that World of Talents has achieved over the past five years since our entry. We are convinced that the necessary foundations were also laid and that they form the basis for continued growth in the future. We look forward to remaining closely involved with management and CVC in this success story. CVC will use its extensive international network and expertise to support World of Talents in achieving its strategic goals. Transaction

The transaction was advised by Allen & Overy, Clifford Chance, Deloitte and Rothschild for World of Talents and by Freshfields, EY, CFI and Lincoln for CVC. No further financial details of the transaction are being disclosed.

Baltisse acquires majority stake in specialist HR services group World of Talents

Fast-growing HR services group World of Talents, which specialises in bottleneck professions, has taken the next step in their growth process by bringing Belgian investment company Baltisse on board as majority stakeholder. After a period of strong organic growth and four acquisitions, Sofindev is selling its stake in the group. Steve Rousseau (CEO) and the management team will remain major stakeholders of the group.
