Our story started in 2008, when CEO Steve Rousseau founded Sales Talents in Brussels, an HR service provider focused on sales profiles. Other HR services were gradually added: Care Talents, Financial Talents, HR Talents, Executive Talents, ICT Talents, Food Talents, Science Talents, Engi Talents and Technical Talents, always with a focus on bottleneck professions. In 2021, World of Talents acquired Quintessence, market leader in assessment and people management. We took our first steps in the Netherlands by acquiring The Human Network, an HR Company also specialised in bottleneck professions. To reach our goals, it goes without saying that we continue to look for the 100% DNA match and further grow our business.
