INSIGHTS DISCOVERY: THE JOURNEY
This course helps individuals to recognise that each person is unique, has different needs and expectations as well as different styles of communication and working. Insights Discovery uses a simple four colour model to help you remember your personal preferences and more easily identify the feelings and preferences of others. During this training course, you will explore your own unique colour mix!
INSIGHTS DISCOVERY: POWERFUL COMMUNICATION
Powerful communication is all about the right choice of words and timing. In order to understand each other as much as possible, it is important to assess the communication style and the body language of the person you are talking to and to adjust your own communication accordingly. This training course will focus on communication, body language, how to give and receive feedback, how to deliver a difficult message etc. It will help you reach your goals through effective communication.
ONBOARDING SCIENCE TALENTS: THE JOURNEY
During your onboarding at Science Talents, we will introduce you into the world of consultancy. We will address practical matters such as timesheets, leave of absence, paid leave requests etc., but also discuss your career path, your evolution as a consultant, our ambassadors and of course the fun part of being a consultant at Science Talents. In a nutshell, Science Talents will hold no secrets for you after this training course.

TECHNICAL WRITING
Online Training - Expected Q4 - 3 sessions - 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Enchancing our technical writing skill in the area of Wls, procedures, instructions & Deviations, CAPA’s. The approach:
- Mapping your burning questions
- Rewriting your examples according to the 5C’s of technical writing
- Integrating visuals, flowcharts & RACI’s
- Using Human error reduction attention markers
- Writing & reporting deviations & other quality records
- Perform perfect root cause investigations and formulate corrective/preventive actions
- Discussing of the learnings
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Daytime course - Expected Q3
Project Management learns you how to manage one or multiple projects at a time. This course will teach you how to efficiently handle planning, objectives, resources, timings, and thorough follow-up. Efficient project management increases the success rate of your project, ensures proper risk management and the achievement of proposed deadlines and results.

Little to no prior knowledge is required.
FRENCH TRAINING COURSE

Good basic knowledge of French is required here.
EXCEL TRAINING COURSE
Online training
This training course is available in different levels and will be organized on the basis of your individual needs.
Please indicate your interests using the form below. Depending on the level of interest, we will organize the training courses and provide you with further information. If there is significant interest in certain training courses, we will try to organize them twice.
