They treat all parties involved in an objective, respectful, and non-discriminatory manner and do not draft or publish any job postings that could lead to discrimination.
They respect personal privacy and only request data related to personal privacy in accordance with the correct legal basis and in the interest of the candidate, in accordance with the Collective Agreement 38 quater of July 14, 1999.
They collect and use information about the client and the candidates only in the context of their mediation activities.
They provide the client and the candidate with accurate, timely, and complete information about the activities of the entities of House of Talents and the nature of the vacancy.
They ensure that personality, knowledge, and psychological tests only take place in the correct context and under proper guidance. If they were to apply automated decision-making, the parties involved would be informed and their consent would be requested.
They are vigilant for job postings that do not have a real job offer associated with them.
They determine the fees for their services in advance with the client. They do not receive any fees from candidates.
