World of Talents expands its footprint to Germany through the acquisition of easyCare, a specialist in medical and nursing HR.

World of Talents is thrilled to announce its first-ever acquisition in Germany, marking a significant milestone in its ongoing pan-European expansion. The acquisition strengthens World of Talents' position in the care sector and underscores its commitment to build a European specialist HR network, focused on shortage occupations and talent management.

EasyCare is a Karlsruhe-based specialized HR organization, focused purely on medical and nursing professionals. The company has a broad operating base and deploys over 150 care professionals nationwide in Germany. By tapping into the growth potential of the important German staffing market, World of Talents seeks to further scale its unique HR proposition.

After a period of strong organic growth and four acquisitions, Sofindev is selling its stake in the group. Steve Rousseau (CEO) and the management team will remain major stakeholders of the group.
