The Belgian company Quintessence was acquired by the specialized, international HR group House of Talents. With this acquisition House of Talents offers an answer to the demand of clients for assessment and development projects in the current war for talents.  For Quintessence, this is a logical step towards further growth and internationalization.  The organization will retain its identity within the group and can thus continue to expand its strong brand and guarantee excellent service to existing clients.

Baltisse acquires majority stake in specialist HR services group House of Talents

Fast-growing HR services group House of Talents, which specialises in bottleneck professions, has taken the next step in their growth process by bringing Belgian investment company Baltisse on board as majority stakeholder. After a period of strong organic growth and four acquisitions, Sofindev is selling its stake in the group. Steve Rousseau (CEO) and the management team will remain major stakeholders of the group.
