Jobomschrijving
- We’re looking for a HR/Legal freelance profile – 3 month assignment
- Focus: develop and/or update HR policies and procedures for ESG purposes
Profiel
- Strongly grounded legal knowledge of the legal aspects within HR in the maritime and supply chain sector
- Experience in optimizing action items within the HR audit process
- Experience in Corporate Governance:
- Control systems for good governance
- Optimizing the company in function of the audit, board of directors, shareholders and stakeholders
- Optimization of the governance structure
Aanbod
- Start-up: as soon as possible
- Duration of the assignment: 3 months
- Employment rate: to be completed yourself, completion of project: end of September
- Place of employment: Antwerp ( left flank) and hybrid mode possible
