Auctim, powered by Moyersoen, developed a highly advanced and unique online Cloud SaaS software assuring an end to end, independent, transparent and clear management system for all online auctions resulting in a world class B2B auction platform.
Auctim has strong international growth ambitions and decided to open their platform for external partners, professional sellers and auction houses on an international level resulting in franchise partnerships in Belgium, The Netherlands, Germany, France and Czech Republic. This way they are supporting their partners with a strong online auction tool that supports and simplifies the complete administrative flow (e.g. contacts, file management, invoicing, cost allocation, reporting…) freeing up time to focus on their core business activities, while optimizing their international auction network.
In order to further expand their international growth ambitions we are currently engaging an International Expansion & Franchise Manager.
- You conduct different international market studies in order to get a strong view on the local and international business potential per country or region.
- Based on your market data you will analyze the further growth possibilities that will enhance Auctim’s international presence regarding their franchising ambitions. You will translate this into a tangible business plan combining quick win market opportunities with long term business development activities.
- You identify the auction house with a solid added value for Auctim and evaluate potential partner franchisees through the in-house developed franchising tool.
- You are responsible for the complete business development and sales cycle where you can count on support from the legal department when needed.
- You follow up on your franchisees and ensure a smooth and collaborative set up and launch within the Auctim Network.
- You keep abreast on market tendencies and further strengthen your network.
- You work in close collaboration with the management board of Auctim in order to finalize your partnerships and assure the necessary reporting.
- Ideally you gained a Master degree in Economics or Law combined with a relevant experience of min. 10 years within International Expansion Management and/or Franchise Development.
- Experience within the world and dynamics of Auction Houses is not mandatory, interest however is.
- You are fluent in Dutch, English, French. Spanish or German are considered an asset.
- You are an excellent relationship builder with strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to gain buy- in both in and external.
- You will be persevered as a real Auctim Ambassador enhancing long term expansion projects in line with the companies quality standards. You are able to convince your future partners towards a long term collaboration striving for a win-win.
- Strategic & analytical mindset, out of the box thinker, hands-on, accurate, reliable and a real team-player.
- You are a real go-getter with strong leadership skills that excels in negotiating, planning, organizing and problem solving.
- This role requires a travel flexibility within Europe between with an average of 15 to 20% of your time.
