The Conformity Monitoring Manager is independently responsible for the monitoring of the products on the

market. This is done in keeping with the Code of Conduct of company Belgium and maintaining full

confidentiality of exchanged customer information. The department consists of a coordinator and (several) assistants.


  • Market follow up for our conformity marks
  • Contact customers by phone or by email
  • Collect and manage the samples
  • Carry out analysis on the samples (Infrared spectrometry)
  • Draft reports
  • Deal with and follow up the non-conformities
  • Review artwork sent in by customers
  • Correct use of “Evolution“ (formerly Progress)
  • Mandatory participation in team meetings (KTeam)
  • Share information, feedback from customers, … with the team
  • (Participate at conferences and fairs)
  • Support CAM with sample management and IR measurements
  • Manage inquiries regarding validity of certificates and correct use of our logos and conformity mark

  • Manage the Monitoring team, including qualification and trainings
  • Organize Inter-operators and Inter-devices comparative campaigns
  • Follow up calibration and maintenance of lab equipment
  • Review the reports issued by the team
  • Avoid possible conflicts of interest in services and inform the BUM or GM in good time
  • Keep the Blacklist updated and online


  • Technical education with school-leaving certificate or higher Technical University, University of Applied Sciences etc.
  • IT knowledge of MS Office products
  • Customer oriented
  • Analytical mind
  • Able to work independently, as well as within a team
  • Perseverant
  • Good skills for administration and organization of routine tasks
  • Perfect knowledge of the language(s) spoken in the place of employment
  • Knowledge of English (business fluent)
  • Experience in an international/multinational company is a plus
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (mainly MS Excel and MS Word)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Team working skills
