  • You build, maintain, and create strong customer relationships with existing/new clients in your own portfolio through regular communication

  • You are responsible for all commercial aspects related to existing licensing business of the company and its affiliates (and as such be a first point of contact for external customers) in your own portfolio

  • Follow up on supply agreements:
  1. Responsible for the commercial coordination between launch management and the customer
  2. Commercial responsible for aligning forecasts/purchase orders vs agreed business cases (in close collaboration with licensing teams)
  3. Commercial responsible for managing inquires for discounts, volume changes, price changes, tender requests etc.) and make sure pricing strategy is aligned with goals of Alter Pharma
  4. Commercial involvement in case of complaints and/or other issues influencing proper execution of day-to-day business
  • Assisting in drafting annual budget and its revisions throughout the year

  • Work to continuously increase Alter Pharma revenue

  • Support Key Account Manager in providing in depth analysis and report information needed for strategic decision making.

Main tasks:

  • Interact closely with cross-functional and cross-departmental team members dedicated to the same client account to ensure open communication and that you are meeting clients’ needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines.
  • Participate in preparation of launches by coordinating the different processes (artwork / forecasts / orders / agreements) in collaboration with relevant departments (Launch Management, RA, QA, Supply Chain, Licensing). Attend and participate in Launch Meetings and other formats if needed
  • Manage customer relationship (first point of contact for assigned accounts). Order follow up for launch with Launch Management team and repeated supply with Supply Chain Department.
  • Review Supply Agreements which Licensing Managers negotiate with clients in order to assure all is in line with possibilities and capabilities of CMO’s
  • Coordinate problem solving, act as mediator in different problem-solving processes
  • Propose and present new work procedures and instructions where necessary
  • Follow-up on pricing revisions (e.g. tenders) in close collaboration with related Licensing Manager
  • Focus on business extension (e.g. how to increase existing business)
  • Attend personal meetings with customers, initiate follow up meetings
  • Identify potential threats which may affect business and anticipate how to solve
  • Check received launch purchase orders from clients if all is in line with Supply Agreements, as well as assist Supply Chain team for follow-up orders if needed
  • Preparation of monthly and weekly reporting
  • Check on dossier fee milestone due for invoicing (based on the company's entity contract overviews) and monitor execution by Business analyst
  • Participate and contribute in meetings related to the function and the department
  • Assist in the flow of information to the various disciplines involved in the supply activity
  • Supporting KAM in keeping overview on various outstanding businesses


  • Bachelor or Master degree in a scientific, economic or business related field
  • Proven B2B experience
  • Understanding of sales principles and ability to deliver excellent customer experience
  • You are able to multitask and manage more than one client account
  • You have a high degree of professionalism
  • Effective presentation and negotiation skills
  • You have good time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • You have strong (verbal and written) communication skills with an ability to build relationships
  • You speak and write fluently English. Other languages are an asset.
