Sales Talents is a recrutement and selection specialist for commercial profiles. Our client is an high-end audio brand. Due to expansion of their Internal Sales and overall growth, they are looking for a junior Inside Sales Representative.

As an Inside Sales Representative you will be responsible for:
- Providing Inside Sales support to the Sales Managers and Business Development Managers.
- Actively identifying, approaching and acquiring new end users (B2B).
- Promoting related Professional Audio products through effective telemarketing sales techniques.
- You ensure the end user a high satisfaction by performing active listening and providing them with necessary product information.
- Experience with outbound business-to-business calls.
- Demonstrated understanding and application of effective selling techniques.
- Superior customer service attitude; able to handle difficult customers with diplomacy and tact.
- Excellent oral and written communication in Dutch, French and English.
- Good active listening skills and phone skills.
- Good organizational skills with excellent follow-through.
- Proficient PC skills and experience with CRM system.
