We are looking for a Systems Engineer to help improvement, maintain, and troubleshoot our IT infrastructure and Company Device. The resource will be part of a team of engineers that demonstrate competency, delivering mission critical infrastructure and ensuring the highest levels of availability, performance and security. IT systems engineers will have a background in IT, computer systems engineering.

Responsibilities:

Manage, Inventory and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure at Site Office

Install. Configure and maintain Company IT hardware device

Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools

Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability

Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work to implement fixes

Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies

Participate in the design of information and operational support systems

Provide support to End-User at every level

Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution

Coordination with Company Headquarter to receive tasks and guidance

Profil

Requirements

Deep knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems (Windows 10)

Knowledge of Microsoft Domain infrastructure (AD, Forest, DNS, DHCP)

Knowledge of Cisco network devices (routers, switches, firewall, access points)

Knowledge of network infrastructures

Proactive, Kind and calm person able to face IT problems in the right way. Able in dealing with colleagues and end-User .
