Introduction

For our client based in the centre of Brussels (close to Brussels' Central Station) we are looking for an Experienced AP Accountant.

• booking of purchase invoices
• review of the AP aging list and reconcile/follow-up
• prepare payments in Isabel
• booking of bank statements (Coda)
• handling the administration regarding company credit cards
• GL tasks as accruals/provisions, prepaid accounts, etc
• Ad hoc support to the finance manager

Profil

• bachelor degree in accounting (BE GAAP)
• experience with analytical acounting
• knowledge about belgian VAT
• knowledge of Exact Online is a plus
• fluency in Englisch, and Dutch or French
• positive mind-set
