Customer Relations Expert

Introduction

Our client, a well-known market leader within the Chemical industry with several sites in Europe, is currently looking for a Customer Relations Expert to support their further growth.

As a Customer Relations Expert you will be the liaison between the Sales department and other internal/ external stakeholders.

• You develop strong and trusting relations with company clients
• You ensure excellent follow-up and administration of several requests
• You have the customer at heart, and provide first class customer care
• Creating, maintaining and increasing customer satisfaction (internal/external) is your daily mission!

Profil

• Bachelor or Master degree (scientific background) combined with a proven track record of 3-5 years of Customer Relations experience. Experience within a waste management environment is a plus
• You have strong stakeholder management and are solution oriented
• You combine an analytical mindset with a hands-on mentality and have clear communication skills
• You are pragmatic, no-nonsense, stress-resistant with go-getter and entrepreneurial mind-set
  
• Proactive, agile, perseverant, resilient with a positive attitude and going the extra mile to get things done
• You have excellent Excel skills, previous experience of SAP would be advantageous 
• Fluent in Dutch and English, French is a plus
