STEP 1
Telephone screening

During a telephone screening, we’ll discuss your talents, expectations, and wishes.

STEP 2
Introductory conversation & in-depth testing

If we think you have potential, we’ll invite you for a first interview and dig deeper into your expectations and the opportunities we can offer you. Of course, this is also chance for us to really gauge your technical knowledge and skills – we call this ‘in-depth testing’.

STEP 3
Presentation to the client

If we have the right assignment for you, we’ll introduce you to the client. We provide you with guidance and – if there’s a match – take care of the paperwork.

STEP 4
Follow-up

But our job doesn’t end as soon as you find one. We take care of the follow-up, make changes if necessary, offer training, and provide guidance while you’re on the job.
