Job description

  • Supporting the RA team
  • Organizing of translations
  • Organization of Bridging reports
  • Coordination of mock-ups with Internal reg Team as well as graphic designer (blisters, carton, label bottles)
  • Organizing Cover letters, tracking tables and application forms
  • Organizing fee payments to the Health Agencies
  • Creating tabular documents for responses
  • Preparation of the RA presentation for meetings detailing relevant regulatory activities and create overview
  • Update RA databases
  • Assist in the preparation of license/variation requests


Profile

  • Bachelor degree (Scientific or other relevant degree) 
  • Excellent knowledge of Dutch, French, English. Knowledge of German is a plus. 
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Eye for details
  • Adaptable
  • Able to deal with deadlines
