Behind the scenes: The story of Laura

I am Laura, Masters degree Business Communication in the pocket and immediately started working at Science Talents as a Recruiter in Life Sciences. I knew very quickly – already through high school – that I wanted to become a recruiter. So since July 2019, this ambition has become a reality.

Science Talents is active in the Food, Pharma and Chemistry Industry. Besides searching for the “match made in heaven” between candidates and jobs, I also take on the role of a Career Coach. A Science Talent Consultant is given sufficient guidance and opportunities to be able to fully immerse yourself in your job.

In my spare time I like to clear my head by jogging, during game night with friends my winners mentality comes up and I spend as much time as I can with family.

I am an eternal optimist who views life through rose-colored glasses. Half full or half empty? Without a doubt, half full!

I am Peggy, Recruitment Consultants at Science Talents. I have travelled a rather atypical course as I am a physiotherapist / psychomotor therapist by training. For the first 15 years of my career, I worked as a therapist in a psychiatric hospital, combined with my own practice where I taught aerobics, gave nutritional advice, aqua gym and psychomotricity. Then it was time for something else and I ended up in this world.
