Job description

For this project, we are looking for someone who likes to combine first & second line.

You will be the first point of contact for end-users where you will deal with both acute and latent problems. Je doet dit voor zover het kan van op afstand.
Daarnaast ben je ook verantwoordelijk voor het installeren en opzetten van het IT-materiaal voor nieuwe medewerkers alsook voor medewerkers die nood zijn aan een opfrissing van hun materiaal. Finally, you work on various projects within the Service Desk. You ensure a clear planning of an implementation so that it can be rolled out properly.

Profile

Preferably, you look back on a Bachelor's degree in Applied Computer Science. What is especially important is 3 years of experience as a Service Desk Engineer. You also need these skills:

  • You speak Dutch & French fluently. You also have a good knowledge of English.
  • You have experience in providing support for Windows & O365.
  • You are End-user friendly and can keep laughing when tickets come in faster than you can process them.
  • You work accurately and like to follow procedures.
