The House of Talents’ companies provide their services in accordance with the following principles:
They treat all the parties involved in an objective, respectful, and non-discriminatory way, and they do not draw up job descriptions or advertise vacancies in such a way that could lead to discrimination.
They respect personal privacy, and only collect personal information on the right legal basis and in the interests of the candidates, and in accordance with section 38c of the collective labour agreement of 14 July 1999.
They only collect and use information about the client and the candidates in connection with the intermediary activities.
They provide the client and the candidates with accurate, timely, and complete information about the activities of the entities of House of Talents and about the nature of the vacancies.
They make sure that personality tests, knowledge tests, and psychological tests are only carried out in the right context and supervised in the right way. If they use any automated decision-making processes, then the parties involved will be informed and asked to give their consent for such.
They are careful not to advertise any vacancies that do not offer any realistic prospect of a job.
They will agree the fees for their services with the client in advance. They will not charge any fees to the candidates.
