Job description

  • You manage team of Recruitment Specalists and Talent Administration Coordinators with accountability for all EMEAI TalentAdministration – Recruitment, Onboarding, L&D, Performance Management – services and solutions. 
  • You develop supporting resources and practices to improve recruiting and onboarding & interview scheduling with an emphasis on excellent customer, candidate and new hire employee experience.
  • You execute the overall defined metrics/KPIs for EMEAI HR Operations organization. 
  • You ensure all Talent Administration regional services provided are delivered in accordance with all current internal policies and procedures, local, regional, and national laws, and regulations.
  • You provide assistance for all EMEAI Talent Administration services and guidance for inquiries requiring specialized knowledge and capabilities as needed.
  • You develop and execute requirements, plans and solutions for improving Talent Administration systems, governance, programs, and overall experience, in partnership with EMEAI HR Managers,  Global Centers of Excellence and Global HR Business Partners
  • You identify/manage risks; develop mitigation plans to anticipate/minimize impact on services resulting from any cause/change.
  • You execute approved, new EMEAI Talent Administration service requests from COEs and others and directly oversee the service transition(s). Ensure resource availability and immediately escalate potential resource gaps. 
  • You monitor and manage EMEAI suppliers/providers/vendors, contracts, pricing, fees, SLA performance and direct improvements while working with third parties to develop tactics to resolve recurring inquiries or problems.
  • You coach EMEAI region HRBPs and managers on applying/communicating EMEAI LS Talent Administration programs, policies & processes.

Profile

  • You have a relevant education degree in HR, Business Administration or related field: or equivalent experience within an international organization.  
  • You have 6+ years of professional level/ HR Specialist level HR experience, including preferably 2+ years supervisory experience, which includes working and managing teams in a shared services/customer-facing environment across multiple time zones/countries.
  • You have 3+ years of high volume recruiting experience; experience using an ATS (ideally Success Factors).
  • You have prior experience in manufacturing (ideally within the specialty chemical market), where recruiters are working high volume industrial positions in a multi-step process.
  • You have solid problem solving, team-building, leadership, and interpersonal skills as well as results-oriented
  • You communicate clearly and you build relationships with all customers as well as candidates, internal staff, and partners.
  • You maintain operational efficiency to deliver the highest quality services to meet customer needs in complex and matrixed environments.
  • You're willing to travel abroad from time to time (max 20%)
  • You speak fluently English and Dutch or French
