Job description
· Regional champion, responsible for ensuring that standardised roles, processes and systems are implemented and adopted across all business areas within their region.
Representative of the region ensuring that centrally developed processes, systems, and training support meet or exceed the needs of the business.

Facilitate the COE’s development of standardized
job descriptions, processes, policies, guidelines for activities related to customer
interaction
·
Develop clear and concise documentation
and create a comprehensive source of information within Microsoft Dynamics
Knowledge base
·
Prepare and deliver training related
to processes, policies and system use to launch the new ways of working and CRM
system supporting this change
·
Manage regional readiness
(certification) of in scope employees
·
Design an induction program that
ensures all new employees are fully trained on our customer facing processes
and system
·
Coordinate regional change action
planning and be the reference for organisational readiness
·
Represent the region in process and system
improvement activities after the system is live
·
Ensure that centrally developed training
materials are up to date and meet the needs of new hires and existing team
members
·
Develop and administer an annual (re)
certification program using “X”Learn
Conduct ongoing on the job training and coaching
Profile
·
Knowledge or strong interest in change
management
·
Knowledge or strong interest in
training design, delivery and evaluation
·
Experience of presenting processes,
policies and guidelines in a clear manner
·
Knowledge of e-learning authoring desirable
·
Knowledge of CRM, preferable Dynamics
365
·
Excellent verbal and written
communications skills
