Automotive Supplier - Multinational - 850 employees on EMEA level 

Job description

We are looking for an experienced HR Project Manager to establish a standard HR Reporting, Focus EMEA (850 employees).

This HR Project Manager shall be experienced and shall be the one who conceptually designs (incl. managing the interface to Finance) and who implements the new standard HR Reporting.

He/She needs to find out the expectations and drive the content of the monthly EMEA HR Report.

The most important stakeholders are HR, Finance,VP-Level.

Challenges will be:

  1. What kind of tool - most probably first step in Excel 
  2. How to define rules for "counting" (e.g. students, maternity leavers, etc.)
  3. How to handle people being of different cost centers (where to allocate)
  4. How to integrate all legal entities in EMEA (Germany - EU, France, UK, Russia, Middle East, South Africa)


Profile

We need a seasoned, hands-on HR Project Manager experienced in HR Reporting/Controlling, available to start in July.

  • EMEA-experience is a plus
  • Speaking English is a must; Speaking German is a plus


Offer

  • 2-3 months assignment, starting in July
  • Part-time (2-3 days/week)
  • Remote
