Introduction
Would you like to work in an autonomous position with an international market leader in Brussels? For our client, an SME, we are currently looking for an HR Manager responsible for the Benelux and France.
Job description
As HR Manager (operational, tactical and strategic) you will work closely with the international HR team.
- You contribute to the implementation and execution of the personnel and organisation policy within the different sites by managing and following up the local implementation of the HR strategy and projects.
- For the payroll, you are responsible for the preparation, input and control of data and you cooperate with the local payroll outsourcing partners.
- You provide substantive and socio-legal support to the line managers. Employees can also contact you with their HR-related questions.
- You follow up on salary reviews and ensure the correct application of pay scales. In addition, you are also responsible for monitoring and controlling the extra-legal benefits.
- You support the line managers in the recruitment process from A-Z and are in contact with recruitment and interim agencies.
- You guide and coordinate the training program according to the needs identified.
- You follow up the entire performance cycle.
- You maintain contact with the local and sectorial organisations in the area of personnel policies (BE, NL and FR).
- You are the first contact for labour lawyers regarding social benefits, measures and regulations. You monitor working conditions and security policy in accordance with all legal obligations.
- You are responsible for the personnel administration and ensure that each employee has a complete personnel file and is in order with all social administration concerning holidays, absences, medical checks,... You also ensure that all social documents (such as the labour regulations) are up to date and in line with the most recent labour legislation.
- You mainly work from the head office in Brussels and will visit the various sites abroad several times a year.
Profile
- You have at least a bachelor's degree in HR or comparable. In addition, you already have 5 years of general HR experience in a commercial environment, preferably in a managerial role.
- You have a thorough knowledge of labour legislation (BE, NL, FR).
- You have a positive attitude and are very customer-oriented.
- You are a team player but can also work independently.
- You have strong organizational skills and you are stress-resistant.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and can handle confidential information.
- You have a strong ability to think both conceptually and pragmatically.
- Excellent knowledge of Dutch, French and English (oral and written).
