Job description

Depending on the project you end up in, you will take care of the

• Payroll from A to Z for white-collar or blue-collar workers
• Recruitment of  different types of profiles 
• HR administration from A to Z
• Provide advice on socio-legal topics to different stakeholders

Profile

• You have minimal a Bachelor's degree
• You can look back on a first working experience within HR (hard or soft HR)
• You are flexible and are able to find solutions easily in stress situations
• You can quickly deal with new payroll tools
• Working with figures and administrative tasks does not scare you off
• You highly value team spirit, discretion and demonstrates a service-minded approach
• You are bilingual (NL-FR). Business English use is nice to have.
