Introduction
For a well-known technology company in Europe, we are looking for an HR Business Partner. You will work from their office in Brussels and you will have a very wide range of responsibilities both in soft and hard HR.

Job description
- You are the central point of contact for all HR topics for managers and employees.
- You act as a strategic partner and you enable both the short-term and long-term strategy of the local business clients in line with corporate policies.
- You love change! You accompany and implement change projects.
- You work closely with the recruitment colleagues or external partners for sourcing and selecting the best fit candidates.
- You support and guide managers as well as individual employees in talent and performance management processes.
- You drive competency management by identifying gaps and proposing (training) measures.
- You play a role in hard HR as well such as payroll reportings.
Profile
- You
have a first experience in recruitment or a more generalist HR role and want to
take a next step in your career.
- You like the combination of soft and hard hr.
- Your French is perfect and have a good knowledge of Dutch and English.
