We present, Pol!
In order to properly service our clients we are expanding: we are happy to announce that Pol Van Dionant recently joined our team!
Pol will join the Recruitment & Selection team and together with Liesbeth Massage, Nathalie Naegels and Kim Verboomen he will provide a personal and professional service to our partners (client and candidate) in the Brussels & Brabant region.
Pol: "I recently started working as an HR Consultant for the Brussels & Brabant region. How did I end up at HR Talents? I already knew HR Talents from a webinar and I felt the company had a positive image. After every conversation with a member of HR Talents I always left with a good feeling and that's crucial for me. The fact that HR Talents is a major player in the market and that it has such a large community of HR professionals also played a big role. Moreover, we share the same values.
I'm very result-oriented and this applies to both the candidate and the client side. I like to challenge clients and guide candidates through the process. In that way, I try to help them become a better version of themselves. And the fact that a candidate one day becomes a client and vice versa is what I love the most! That is why I always try to act in the long term."

- What do you think is a notable trend in the current HR landscape?: "The shift from a company market to a candidate market. But I find the ever-increasing scarcity of HR profiles particularly striking."
- Where do you get your energy from?: "I run a lot and that really energizes me. And my family! I just became a father again, for the second time, of a daughter named Coco, and if I say so myself: most beautiful baby in the world! "
- What is your motto in life?: "I recently read an article with Stijn Baert, labor market expert, and he said that he doesn't want to miss an opportunity to be funny because it gives him energy. I can totally relate to that!"
- What can people always wake you up for?: "As a young dad, I don't sleep much anyway so I will probably already be awake. So if I sleep, please let me! :-)."
