Our client is a fast growing and profitable Belgian company active within the HR services industry.
In order to secure their further growth ambitions we are currently looking for a Senior HR Interim Management Consultant.
- As a Senior HR Interim Management Consultant you will join a team of passionate experts in HR. You will become the matchmaker of the candidate’s drive and the needs of interesting international companies in Antwerp – Flanders region.
- You will prospect, develop and deepen long term relationships (high level) with your clients and manage the whole recruitment process.
- You will act and advice as a real HR partner towards your clients and provide the appropriate Interim Manager.
- You will report directly to the General Manager.
- You have a Bachelor or Master Degree and +15 years’ experience in a similar role within HR services - Interim Management.
- You are a passionate HR professional with an exquisite HR network, and you will act as a real HR Interim Management Ambassador during networking events.
- You are an excellent and assertive relationship builder with strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to gain buy-in at all levels.
- You are ambitious and have an entrepreneurial mindset - you get lots of energy out of partnerships.
- You have a result-oriented hands-on approach and you are driven to exceed targets and objectives.
- You can work autonomously and are willing to go the extra mile.
- You will be working in a commercial and fast paced environment.
- Fluency in Dutch, English and French is mandatory.
