For our client, an international FMCG company, we are currently looking for a Customer Service Manager FMCG a.i.

Job description

  • You manage the entire Customer Service department (+-20 FTEs).
  • In addition to the day-to-day management of your department, you analyze current operations and adjust where necessary.
  • Variation and challenge are central to this position!
  • Start ASAP - Full-time occupation - 3 to 6 months - West-Flanders


  • You have at least 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience as a Customer Service Manager in an international complex fast paced environment (FMCG).
  • You have very good analytical skills and are a real bridge builder between the different departments within the company
  • You are a strong people manager who likes to enthuse and inspire your team members.
  • Strong knowledge of different ERP systems
  • You are problem solving, driven, punctual and communicative.
  • You have a strong language knowledge of English/French - knowledge of other language(s) is a plus.
