For our client, an international FMCG company, we are currently looking for a Customer Service Manager FMCG a.i.
- You manage the entire Customer Service department (+-20 FTEs).
- In addition to the day-to-day management of your department, you analyze current operations and adjust where necessary.
- Variation and challenge are central to this position!
- Start ASAP - Full-time occupation - 3 to 6 months - West-Flanders
- You have at least 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience as a Customer Service Manager in an international complex fast paced environment (FMCG).
- You have very good analytical skills and are a real bridge builder between the different departments within the company
- You are a strong people manager who likes to enthuse and inspire your team members.
- Strong knowledge of different ERP systems
- You are problem solving, driven, punctual and communicative.
- You have a strong language knowledge of English/French - knowledge of other language(s) is a plus.
